We are excited to announce three NEW Vitale products!

If you have an account with Graber and do not have access to Vitale products, please let us know and we will make these products available to you.
What do you need to Know?
Your NEW product(s) will price at MSRP. In order to track cost and margins you will want to enter a cost factor and margin in your Solatech system.
You will need to add these new products to your vendor discounts.
Follow the instructions below for the platform you are currently using.
Focus 2.0 Instructions:
The product has been added to your account but is currently disabled. When you are ready to add your discounts and margins, you will need to enable the product first. You MUST add your vendor discounts and margins to ensure the product prices correctly.
- To enable your NEW product, use the following instructions.
- The following KB article contains instructions to add vendor discounts in Focus 2.0. You can SKIP to the section titled "Adding a New Product to your Discount Group"
- To add your margins, use the following KB article. Skip to step 20.
Focus 1.0 Instructions:
The product has been added to your account already enabled. Before quoting this product, it is extremely important that you add your vendor discounts and margins to ensure the product prices correctly. If these are not configured, the product will price at MSRP and your costs and margins will not be tracked.
